I’m a Filipino entrepreneur, creative operator, and believer in building beyond limitations.

Five years ago, my life changed when I became disabled and was diagnosed with a bone tumor. I was forced to leave behind the way I had always worked and find a new way forward. So, I started my own business—initially because I needed the flexibility to work from home, but eventually because I discovered a new sense of independence, creativity, and purpose in building something of my own.

Over the years, I began working alongside founders, coaches, creators, and growing businesses, helping with the work behind the scenes—from operations and systems to content, digital experiences, and creative execution. What started as simply helping businesses get things done grew into something deeper: helping people turn their ideas into something structured, sustainable, and real.

My journey also taught me that I wasn’t the only one trying to build while navigating challenges that others couldn’t see. I saw founders overwhelmed by everything it takes to grow, professionals trying to reinvent themselves, and people with meaningful ideas who simply needed the right support and structure to move forward. I wanted to create a space where people didn’t have to build alone.

That vision became even clearer when I met June. We came from different professional worlds, but our strengths naturally complemented each other. She brought her experience in careers, recruiting, talent, and personal branding, while I brought my experience in business operations, systems, creative execution, and digital strategy. Together, we saw an opportunity to build something bigger than either of us could build alone.

That idea became Isla Raiz—a collective built on the belief that growth needs strong roots. For me, it represents everything I’ve learned about building differently, starting again, and creating possibilities even when the path isn’t easy. And I hope it reminds every person quietly navigating their own battle that they can still build, grow, and create something meaningful—starting exactly where they are.
